Learn How It Works!

Looking to "WOW" guests? You've come to the right place.

At The Easy Pour, we’re all about making an amazing impression through our service and our drinks (not to mention our cool bars). We understand that planning an event is a lot of work, and we’re here to make it all a bit easier. We’ll go over all the details for your event to customize an inclusive package to make your event unforgettable. On your day, all that you’ll have to provide is the alcohol, and we’ll handle the rest!

Step 1

We’re super excited about your event! Send us all of your event details with the form here.

Step 2

Let’s talk about your event so we can customize the perfect package to make your event a total hit!

Step 3

Once we’ve discussed all the details and crafted a package, we’ll send over a customize proposal.

Step 4

Review the proposal and when you’re ready to move forward, we can make it official! Sign the contract and provide the retainer needed to save your date.

Step 5

Final Details

We know the industry, things can change. We’ll set up a session before the event to finalize details, answer questions and make sure that we’re set to go off without a hitch (yeah, pun intended).

At this time we can help you apply for your 1-day ABC license and craft an alcohol ordering guide.

Step 6

Congratulations! Everyone’s enjoying the drinks and sharing pictures of the bar, it’s only fair that you sit back and relax! PS – We’ll arrive an hour early to set up the bar and get your party started.

Frequently Asked Questions!

What are the space requirements for the horse trailer bar?

The trailer is 12 feet long and is attached to the tow vehicle. There needs to be room to maneuver the bar in and out, and the bar needs to sit on flat/level land. The serving window is on the passenger side.

Do you need access to power?

Nearby access to a dedicated power source is preferred, but not necessary unless using 3+ taps for kegs.

Are you insured?

Yes! We carry liquor and general liability insurance for our bartending events and can provide proof to your venue if necessary.

Do you provide the alcohol?

State law prevents us from being able to provide the alcohol for your event. We will work with you to determine what to buy and how much to purchase. Directly purchasing the alcohol yourself avoids unnecessary markups, saving you money! Many alcohol distributors allow unopened items to be returned, so you can also purchase more than necessary without having to worry about losing money.

I already have bartenders through my licensed caterer. Do you rent out just the trailer?

Trailer only rental is done on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with the details of your event.

What else should I know?

We do not serve shots. We care about the safety of your guests and want to make sure everyone gets home safe.

We check IDs. Serving minors is illegal and is taken seriously. Please ask guests to bring their ID if they appear to be under the age of 35.

Anyone who is visibly intoxicated will be cut off. It doesn’t happen often, but it is sometimes necessary for the safety of your guests. We will ask the host or coordinator to remove aggressive individuals from the event if our employees or the bar have been threatened or harmed. Safety for everyone is our top priority.
