Frequently Asked Questions!
What are the space requirements for the horse trailer bar?
The trailer is 12 feet long and is attached to the tow vehicle. There needs to be room to maneuver the bar in and out, and the bar needs to sit on flat/level land. The serving window is on the passenger side.
Do you need access to power?
Nearby access to a dedicated power source is preferred, but not necessary unless using 3+ taps for kegs.
Are you insured?
Yes! We carry liquor and general liability insurance for our bartending events and can provide proof to your venue if necessary.
Do you provide the alcohol?
State law prevents us from being able to provide the alcohol for your event. We will work with you to determine what to buy and how much to purchase. Directly purchasing the alcohol yourself avoids unnecessary markups, saving you money! Many alcohol distributors allow unopened items to be returned, so you can also purchase more than necessary without having to worry about losing money.
I already have bartenders through my licensed caterer. Do you rent out just the trailer?
Trailer only rental is done on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with the details of your event.
What else should I know?
We do not serve shots. We care about the safety of your guests and want to make sure everyone gets home safe.
We check IDs. Serving minors is illegal and is taken seriously. Please ask guests to bring their ID if they appear to be under the age of 35.
Anyone who is visibly intoxicated will be cut off. It doesn’t happen often, but it is sometimes necessary for the safety of your guests. We will ask the host or coordinator to remove aggressive individuals from the event if our employees or the bar have been threatened or harmed. Safety for everyone is our top priority.
